Please send a headshot and a short 100-word biography to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 3rd March 2023 if you haven’t sent them yet.
The photos and bios if sent by you before can be seen here:
Please do let us know of any updates to that.
16th March - Presentations
A copy of your slides before the event (if required) sent to email@example.com by Thursday 16th March 2023.
This allow Landor LINKS enough time to check everything is working correctly.
This should be a version that is compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint and in a 16:9 screen ratio.
Please Note: please also bring a copy of your presentation on a USB stick on the day as an emergency backup
We cannot accept slides in the following formats:
On the day
All speakers to be in their allocated room 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure the session begins on time.
Technical support will be provided.
Each speaker has been allocated a maximum of 10 minutes to present with or without slides.
Presentations should be a maximum of 8 slides.
We recommend using images, interesting stats, rather than loads of text on each slide, which is often hard for delegates to take in.
A Panel Q & A will follow the final speaker.
All conference attendees will be emailed a link to view all the presentations in used after the event.
If there is anything of a particularly sensitive nature you would like to be edited out of your presentation, this is possible if you let us know immediately after the event.
