Exhibitor Set up

​

The timings for the setup are 8:00 – 9:00 on the 22nd March.

Delivery

 

If you wish to deliver your stand material via courier, the day before the event, the address will be.

 

Phoenix Cinema, 4 Midland Street, LE1 1TG.

 

Please make sure the contents are labelled properly and it has ‘Transforming Cities Conference’ on it.

 

Loading/Unloading

 

The loading bay will be present at the main entrance which will lead you directly to the expo area in the Foyer.

Parking

 

There is no free parking available on site, however the details of nearest carparks is mentioned in the link below.

Midland Street council car park (LE1 1TG) is just behind the Phoenix.
